Macklemore (né Ben Haggerty, btw) has gotten himself back on the wagon – GTS, if you care to get the details – and into...fatherhood.
The Grammy winner and his fiancé reportedly welcomed a baby daughter on May 29. And, further, the little one, named Sloane Ava Simone, already had inspired a new Macklemore & Ryan Lewis song.
Get it, little one!
Indeed, the rap act has put forth “Growing Up (Sloane’s Song),” a tender little ditty featuring Ed Sheeran that has the new dad pondering his approach to and expectations for this new chapter in his life. Have a listen:
