Creed Getting Ready

No joke, when I heard that Sylvester Stallone was getting ready to play Rocky Balboa again, I almost gave myself a stroke I rolled my eyes so hard.

But then I heard the star of the project in which he’d do so was Michael B. Jordan, and I figured that that was alright.

See, Jordan is playing Adonis Creed in Creed. Adonis is the grandson of Rocky’s boxing BFF, Apollo Creed, and that is why Sly is reprising is Oscar-nominated role in order to mentor and coach the young’un.

Directed by Ryan Cooler (Fruitvale Station) and co-starring Tessa Thompson, Creed is due out later this year.
